A stepper motor is an electromechanical device which converts electrical pulses into discrete mechanical movements. The shaft or spindle of a stepper motor rotates indiscrete step increments when electrical command pulses are applied to it in the proper sequence. The motors rotation has several direct relationships to these applied input pulses. The sequence of the applied pulses is directly related to the direction of motor shafts rotation. The speed of the motor shafts rotation is directly related to the frequency of the input pulses and the length of rotation is directly related to the number of input pulses applied. A brushless DC motor (BLDC) is a synchronous electric motor which is powered by direct-current electricity (DC) and which has an electronically controlled commutation system, instead of a mechanical commutation system based on brushes. Often referred to as a “tin can” or“ can stack” motor the permanent magnet step motor is a low cost and low resolution type motor with typical step angles of 7.5 to 15° (48 – 24steps/revolution) PM motors as the name implies have permanent magnets added to the motor structure. The rotor no longer has teeth as with the VR motor. Instead the rotor is magnetized with alternating north and south poles situated in a straight line parallel to the rotor shaft. These magnetized rotor poles provide an increased magnetic flux intensity and because of this the PM motor exhibits improved torque characteristics when compared with the VR type.

New Factory opening

Dear Customer,
The new plant of Fulling Motor has been completed. The detailed address is #69 Kunlun Road, located in
the north of old factory, just 3 minutes’ drive. The area of new plant is 3 times larger than original one, up
to 18,000 square meters.
We decided to move to the new plant from June 30th, and our production produce and delivery will return
to normal since July 8th.
The move is a milestone in the history of Fulling Motor, because the old factory cannot meet the demand
of high speed development, in our new plant the production capacity can be increased by 50% in 2 years,
and in 5 years we planned to expand production capacity 2-3 times than original, which will greatly satisfy
the needs of customers.
In addition to maintaining the original mode of production and quality control, we Fulling also imported a
number of automatic production lines and lean production management concept, to improve production
efficiency and cost control.
Our company will be in accordance with the requirements of ISO and TS internal audit, also we required
TUV audit our new plant in this September to ensure the stability of our quality system. We have made a
careful move plan to ensure that the production process is just same as before, providing customers with
high quality products.
